What is the Community Advisory Board (CAB)?

The Community Advisory Board is a group of trusted, high-level advisors for The Junior League of Richmond who represent a cross-section of professions and community experience. CAB members work with our Board of Directors to share their wealth of knowledge and provide guidance and direction for the League. Thank you to our esteemed Community Advisory Board members for their continued support of our mission and community endeavors.

What are the requirements to join the Community Advisory Board?

You will serve a three year term on our Community Advisory Board and attend approximately four meetings per year.

Who should join the Community Advisory Board?

The Junior League of Richmond is looking for CAB Members who represent the Richmond community. This includes diversity in profession, age, gender, race, sexual orientation, etc.

Who should I contact if I am interested in joining the Community Advisory Board or I have a recommendation of someone who should join the Community Advisory Board?

Please reach out to the Chair of the Community Advisory Boar at cab@jlrichmond.org. The CAB Chair and the President of the Junior League of Richmond will meet with interested candidates and answer any questions or concerns they may have prior to joining.
