The Junior League of Richmond is led by volunteers who have served our community with distinction. Members of the Board of Directors are selected by the Nominating Committee. The 9-person Board, led by our President, carries the legal and fiduciary responsibilities of the organization. The Board of Directors role is to govern and ensure that the long-term direction of the Junior League of Richmond is established, implemented, and monitored.

Operating Committee

All of the members of the Management Team and Committee Chairs make up the Operating Committee (OPCO). The Operating Committee ensures all League programs are consistent with our mission. This forum also exists for consultation on proposed League initiatives and projects.
