The Junior League of Richmond will welcome staff members from Junior Leagues throughout the country to Richmond from Wednesday, July 23 to Friday, July 25, 2025, for the 2025 POLL Leadership Staff Conference!

The purpose of the POLL Leadership Staff Conference is to bring together paid staff leadership members of each of the POLL Leagues for 2-3 days for training; to provide a setting and agenda that will allow for discussion and sharing of ideas related to specific issues of interest pertinent to the jobs of the leadership staff; and to provide presenters/speakers who will enhance learning and sharing opportunities.

The Junior League of Richmond is currently looking for support for the Conference. If you are interested in supporting this event, email conference@jlrichmond.org.

Registration and hotel information will be communicated directly to POLL League leaders and staff members.

A Virtual Q&A Session will be held on Wednesday, January 15, 2025 at 2:00 PM EST/1:00 PM CT via Zoom. Details will be communicated directly via email.

We will be attending a Richmond Flying Squirrels baseball game on Thursday, July 24, 2025 that is optional for attendees to attend at an additional cost. Guests are welcome to attend as well!
