If you’re eligible, you can register to vote through any of the following means:
- A local voter registration office
- Online by directly downloading a form
- At state or local government offices when applying or recertifying for Aid to Dependent Children, Food Stamps, WIC, Medicaid, or Rehabilitation Services
- Through government offices in the Commonwealth that provide State-funded programs primarily engaged in providing services to person with disabilities
- At armed forces recruitment offices
- By visiting a Richmond public library
- At State Board of Elections office
- By visiting a Department of Motor Vehicles location
