Literacy Through Art Outreach committee members serve as "ambassadors" for the Children's Museum of Richmond by identifying community links and coordinating workshops where Junior League volunteers can take the magic of the museum directly to community centers and schools in Metro Richmond. A story and related craft project both inspire children's artistic development as well as help families guide children's creative play. Junior League of Richmond volunteers will coordinate delivery of this program to families who do not have the resources to visit the Children's Museum of Richmond.
